As a Site Manager my role is to carry the workforce through each job so the described duties and all aspects of Health & Safety are performed to our finest quality. It is also important to make sure all employees are motivated properly to keep the job running smoothly and on time. I enjoy working for Holloways Contract Services they make you feel part of the family and are very committed to training their staff and pushing them to achieve new heights.

My role within the company is to ensure that all of our operatives are fully trained and qualified for the area they work in, with the certification to prove it. On the logistics side, our strong structural backbone enables all our divisions to run smoothly and cost effectively for ourselves and for our clients. I'm proud to say that I work for Holloways Contract Services, my family business, and I hope that our initial success continues to flourish in the future so that we can fulfil the huge potential that I see around me everyday.

My role within the company is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our projects ensuring that quality and administration are constantly monitored. Becoming a member of the Holloways team, I have inherited the strong family values of the company. I have built on my existing skills and abilities and am proud that I've earned the trust of the firm and am able to carry out a very responsible role within the company's hierarchy.

My role is to ensure that our financial position remains well managed and healthy, giving us the maximum trading opportunities possible. Since I began working with Holloways I've seen us develop from a small family run business to go on to become a large group of close colleagues, who have each played a vital role in our development. I continue to look forward to working with every single one of them in the future and pushing Holloways to new heights.
